Harvard AI Drug Discovery
Harvard Medical School has unveiled a new AI tool designed to accelerate drug discovery. Called PDGrapher, the model identifies multiple genes driving disease and predicts drug combinations that can restore diseased cells to healthy function. In trials across 11 cancers, it delivered 35 percent higher accuracy and results up to 25 times faster than comparable tools. Researchers believe this breakthrough could pave the way for personalized therapies in cancer, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's.
