Albania's First AI Minister

Albania has appointed the world's first AI-powered cabinet minister. The government introduced Diella, an AI chatbot built on Microsoft and OpenAI technology, to oversee public procuremen, a process long vulnerable to corruption. Officials say the system will make tenders “100% incorruptible,” a critical step as corruption has stalled Albania's bid to join the European Union.
